 CLIMATE ACTION AND PLANET EARTH FROM SPACE      In February, our students researched the topic of climate action and planet earth from space.  NASA is a global leader in studying Earth’s changing climate. The agency’s observations of our home planet from space, the air, and on the ground are helping us learn how the interconnected systems of our planet interact.      NASA is currently developing the   Earth System Observatory (ESO) . The core of ESO is five satellite missions that will provide essential data on climate change, severe weather, natural hazards, wildfires, and global food production. These observations will address the most pressing questions about our changing planet identified in the 2017 Earth Science Decadal Survey conducted by the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine. February - Leadership (People Who Change the World)

     This month, we are focusing on Leadership and the people we believe that change the world or our world. We are trying to choose the leaders that influence us or have a very important impression. Firstly, we want to mention about the principles of a Sustainable Leadership.       Also, we need the definition of Sustainable Leadership, here it is; " Sustainability leadership is a process of influence that delivers direction, alignment and commitment, and aims to address social, environmental and economic issues to create a better world. This definition draws from McCauley (2014), Quinn and D’Amato (2008), and Visser and Courtice (2011). It reminds us that leadership is not a position - it is a  process of influence  that usually involves a group of people working together to build a shared vision for change, coordinate their activities, and foster personal commitment to collective success.
